A good aquarium isn't decorated. It's composed. The hardscape is the bones of the scene; the plants and fish bring it to life. We make the bones.
Modular by design
Most of our pieces are part of a system. Stack, rotate, swap. Build the scape you want without forcing one sculpture to do everything at once.
Hand-finished
Each piece is hand-finished after the mould — sanded edges, layered paint, sealed grain — so the bark and stone read like real wood and weathered rock, not poured plastic.
Inert, not infused
Aquarium-safe resin. No plasticizers, no leachate. Neutral on pH and KH. Safe for shrimp colonies, softwater fish, and brackish or marine setups.
For the aquascaper.
Frondsmith is for the kind of fishkeeper who collects lava rock and dragon stone. Who watches Filipe Oliveira videos at midnight. Who knows what iwagumi means and why their Cryptocoryne keeps melting.

A tank is better with one piece in the right place than four pieces filling space. We design accordingly.

Every claim points at a detail. Neutral pH. Safe for shrimp. 285 g of dense resin. We say what we mean.
The fish votes.
If the resident Apistogramma won't claim it, we don't sell it. Every piece is tested in real tanks before the catalog.

Frondsmith is a small studio. We test every new piece in our own planted tanks before it ships. We answer every email — usually the same day. If something arrives broken, or you change your mind, the path forward is one short message.
